Who can transfer funds to my 1PayApp account?
If you are a verified user, anyone can transfer funds to your account – relatives, friends, employer, etc.
However, in conformity with the relevant regulatory enactments and for the purposes of the prevention of money laundering, we may ask you to present additional information about the origin of these funds.
Can I use this card to pay for goods and services online?
If you are a non-verified client, you can shop online in EU countries only. If you are verified client you can make online purchases worldwide. All online purchases are secured against fraud with Mastercard 3D secure system.
Can I book flights or hotels, rent a car, etc. with 1PayApp account?
Booking is possible if payment is made immediately. If, however, a certain amount of funds
is required to guarantee a reservation, then a credit card will be needed.

How can I load my account with a voucher I have acquired?

How long are vouchers valid?
Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
This means that the voucher must be used to load your card’s account during this period.
Are there any restrictions for the use of vouchers to load your 1PayApp’s account?
By complying with PFS’s internal regulations and procedures for the prevention of money laundering, one’s account may be loaded with a maximum of three vouchers per day. Voucher loading amount depends on your status: verified or unverified.
What is the fee for loading a card with a voucher?
The fee is 5.5% of the value of the voucher, which will be debited from your card’s account following the successful registration of the voucher. The minimum fee is EUR 1.
